How do I add a playlist or a server?
Open Settings (the gear at the top; on Apple TV the Settings tab) and choose “Add Playlist or Server”. You can paste your provider's M3U or “get.php” link, type the server, user and password of an Xtream login, choose an M3U file (on iPhone and iPad), or add a Jellyfin, Emby or Plex server.
Does Piece8 come with channels?
No. Piece8 does not include or provide any content: it shows only what comes from your playlists and your servers.
A channel or a film does not start
In the player open “Options” → “Engine” and try “Universal”, which opens almost anything. Many subscriptions allow only a few viewings at once: close the app on your other devices and try again. If it happens with every channel, update the playlist from its page in Settings.
The guide is empty or old
The guide comes from your provider or your server. On the playlist's page in Settings there is “Update the Guide”; for an M3U playlist you can also give the address of an XMLTV guide.
Where is my data?
On your device: there is no Piece8 account. Read the privacy policy.
Write to me
Tell me the device (iPhone, iPad or Apple TV) and what happens. Never send passwords or the full link of your playlist.
